How long will it take for my order to ship?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days. During new release periods or sales, processing may take up to 7 to 10 business days due to high volume.
What is your return policy for stamps and dies?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.
